of each month

Virtual Meeting Instructions:  To begin using the Virtual Meeting player, click on the round Start arrow icon in the center of the screen, or by clicking the Start Casting icon in the lower right hand corner of the player...the video feed will begin loading and playing. Users can pause and unpause the video during the presentation. 
 
Note: The video feed will not be active until five (5) minutes before the published meeting time.

Audio:  Check the audio level by clicking on the Speaker icon in the lower right of the player window and adjusting the volume to suit your listening preference.

Fullscreen View:  To view this meeting in full screen mode, select the Fullscreen icon in the lower right corner of the player window. To return to the small player window, select Esc. on your keyboard.

Note:  If the video feed pauses, it us usually because of download buffering.  Be patient, it will catch up and continue playing where you left off.  If it doesn't, you can Refresh the screen and hit the Start Casting button again.
CIWW Chat:   To the right of the Live Meeting player, members can sign in to send chat messages to others watching the video feed.  

Begin by entering in a screen name to use for your messages.  Simply type your message in the top text box and hit the Enter key on your keyboard to send the message.  

Emoticons can also be added by selecting from the  list just to the left of the text box. 

Please honor our code of conduct and keep the discussions civil and encouraging...keep any harsh words or criticism for a private, email discussion.
